Using Poly is simple, just download the pack. Tap and hold on your screen>Wallpapers>Poly>Choose Wallpaper.

Note: Wallpapers will apply differently on different screen sizes and how many homescreens you have, grab the .zip file above and place in the Gallery so you can crop if needed. You could also use a program such as ‘Image 2 Wallpaper’ to crop it and apply it.
